Work and workplaces are challenging. As we emerge from the life altering changes of the past two years, we are all experiencing continued transformations to how and where we work.
We’ve learned a lot about the effort it takes to be at our best at work in a variety of circumstances. We continue to learn how to move through the demands of our various roles while attending to our well-being and that of those who depend on us at home and at work.
Bringing your authenticity and your humanity to work leads to increased job satisfaction, greater engagement, and a better workplace experience. It enables you to effectively balance your concern for people and results and be an effective leader and contributor to your team’s and your employer’s success. This highly interactive and practical workshop will help you:
Co-Facilitated By:
Pierre Battah – Award-winning author and a leadership and HR specialist. He is a long-time nationally syndicated workplace columnist for CBC/Radio-Canada, and a TEDx presenter. His book Humanity at Work, Leading for Better Relationships and Results was released internationally in 2020 and won a gold medal at the Nautilus Book Awards in the US.
Françoise Roy – Founder of Solva Strategy + Leadership. She specializes in women’s leadership development and providing counsel in strategic communication.
